The coffee making process begins with picking the beans at exactly the right time. The optimal balance of moisture and bean ripeness is critical at this initial stage.
Blending provides the opportunity to create the rich complexity not experienced with single origin coffees, which when extracted with home coffee machines can lack depth and typically reflect a flavour singular in nature.
Starting with a top quality base bean, such as the Central African coffee used in the Golden Crema Platinum blend, provides a solid foundation on which to build. Other bean varieties are then blended in to achieve the desired body, balance and a complexity in aroma and flavour, and the stunning crema.
